24. טענות וראיות לעניין שיעור הקנס
חייבה ועדת הקנסות את הנאשם בדין, רשאים התובע ואחריו הנאשם, לטעון את טענותיהם לעניין שיעור הקנס שיש להטיל על הנאשם; ועדת הקנסות רשאית להרשות לצדדים להביא ראיות לעניין זה.
