כתב אישום יכלול פרטים אלה:
(1)שמו של הנאשם, מספר הזהות שלו ומענו;
(2)פירוט העובדות המהוות את העבירה בציון המקום והזמן ככל שניתן לבררם;
(3)שמות עדי התביעה.
