8. המצאת מסמכים
מגדל, משווק מורשה, יצואן, תעשיין או בית אריזה, החייב בתשלום היטל או בניכויו והעברתו לפי תקנות אלה, ימציא למועצה, לפי דרישתה, כל נתון או מסמך, לרבות העתקי תעודות משלוח, הנוגעים לצמחים שגידל, קיבל או שיווק, לפי הענין, בתוך שבעה ימים מיום קבלת הדרישה.
