13. ניקוי כלים
(א)כלי שהשתמשו בו לצרכי הדברה ינוקה בו ביום, אך לא במיתקן המיועד לרחצת בני־אדם.
(ב)לא יעסוק אדם ולא יעסיק אחר בתיקון כלי המשמש לצרכי הדברה, ולא יימסר כלי כאמור לתיקון, אלא לאחר שהכלי על כל חלקיו עבר ניקוי יסודי; הוראה זו אינה חלה על תיקון שגרתי הנעשה תוך כדי פעולת ההדברה והדרוש למהלכה התקין.
