בעל העסק והמדביר כאמור בתקנה 5(א) אחראים, לחוד ויחד, למילוי אחרי הוראות תקנות אלה. היו בעסק או בסניף יותר ממדביר אחד, ימנה בעל העסק אחד מהם כאחראי.
