18. מינוי הועדה
תיקון: תש״ן
(א) (1)המנהל הכללי ימנה ועדה שחבריה יהיו המנהל, עורך־דין בשירות המדינה ומדביר בעל ותק של חמש שנים;
(2)לכל חבר הועדה יתמנה ממלא־מקום;
(3)המינויים יהיו לשלוש שנים ומותר למנות אותם האנשים מתקופה לתקופה;
(4)יושב ראש הועדה יהיה המנהל או ממלא מקומו.
(ב)לשם הפעלת סמכויותיה רשאית הועדה לאסוף ראיות.
