28. ימי עיון
תיקון: תשנ״ט
(א)ימי עיון למדבירים ולעובדי הדברה ייערכו בידי מנהל מרכז ההדרכה או באישור המנהל.
(ב)מנהל ההדרכה יזמין את המדבירים ועובדי ההדברה לימי העיון המתאימים להם אשר הוא יערוך.
(ג)אי־השתתפותו של מדביר בשני ימי עיון ללא סיבה מספקת תהווה עילה לנקיטת אמצעים לפי תקנה 37(א)(4); בהזמנת המדביר יצביע מנהל מרכז ההדרכה על הוראה זו.
