36. סירוב למתן היתר
הועדה רשאית, לאחר ששמעה את המבקש ונתנה לו הזדמנות נאותה להתגונן, לסרב ליתן היתר או לחדשו מן הטעמים הקבועים בתקנה 25(א)(2)(ב) או (ג).
