49. פרסומת
(א)לא יפרסם אדם מודעה בדבר השמדת מזיקים העשויה להטעות.
(ב)בכל מודעה יצויינו במלואם –
(1)שם העסק, מענו, ומספר הרשיון;
(2)שם בעל העסק עם מספר היתרו, ואם העסק תאגיד – שמות המנהלים עם מספרי היתרם.
