3. המבנה
(א)מבנה המקווה, לרבות כל מבנה עזר, יהיה יציב ובנוי בטון, לבנים, בלוקי מלט או כל חומר בניה קשיח אחר שאישר המנהל, ולמעט אסבסט.
(ב)כל חלקי המבנה יהיו אטומים וימנעו חדירת רטיבות לתוכם או מתוכם.
