1. הנררות
באכרזה זו –
”אניית נוסעים“ – אניה המסיעה יותר מ־12 נוסעים, למעט אניה שאינה מונעת בכוח מיכני;
”נוסע“ – כל אדם, למעט הקברניט, הצוות וכל אדם אחר המועבר או המועסק באיזה תפקיד שהוא באניה בקשר לעיסוקה של אותה אניה וכן תינוק פחות מבן שנה.
