10. רישום תכשיר
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)הממונה רשאי לרשום תכשיר ולתת תעודת רישום, להתנות את הרישום בתנאים, להוסיף עליהם ולשנותם, הכל בהסכמת הועדה המקצועית. טופס הבקשה והמסמכים שצורפו אליו, כפי שאישר הממונה, יהיו חלק מתנאי הרישום של התכשיר.
(ב)תוקף הרישום יהיה לשלוש שנים או לשש שנים מיום נתינתו או לתקופה הקצרה משלוש שנים, על פי קביעת הממונה בהסכמת הועדה המקצועית.
