14. מועד להחלטה
תוך ששה חודשים מהיום שבו הושלמה הגשת בקשה, לרבות הגשת הנספחים שיש לצרף אליה לפי תקנות אלה, ישלח הממונה למבקש הודעה על החלטתו בדבר הרישום; סירב הממונה לרשום את התכשיר – ינמק החלטתו בכתב.
