1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”מונית“ – כמשמעותה בתקנות התעבורה, תשכ״א–1961;
”הסעה“ – הסעת נוסעים במונית, לרבות הובלת מזוודה, חבילה או מטען יד אחר של הנוסע במונית.
