8. שכר שירות אחזקה
תיקון: תשמ״ה
(א)שכר שירותי אחזקה במונה לא יעלה על 47,150 שקלים לכל שנת אחזקה, והוא ישולם בידי מקבל השירות לנותן שירות מוסמך בתחילתה של כל שנת אחזקה.
(ב)כל העלאה בשכר שירותי אחזקה שנקבע לפי סעיף זה, תהיה לפי היתר שיתן הממונה לפי סעיף 16ז לחוק.
(ג)השכר המרבי כאמור בסעיפים קטנים (א) ו־(ב) כולל מחירם של חלקי חילוף שיוחלפו במהלך שנת האחזקה.
