באכרזה זו, ”תחליף חלב“ – מוצר אשר יסודו או מקורו חלב והמשמש בהזנת בעלי־חיים כתחליף לחלב, וכן כל מוצר אחר המשמש כתחליף לחלב בהזנת בעלי־חיים.
