20. טיב המבנה
(1)הקירות, הגגות, הדלתות והחלונות של כל מחסן למכירה קמעונית ושל כל בית נסירה ונגריה יהיו בנויים בעיקרם מחמרים שאינם מתלקחים.
(2)כל פתח המחובר ישר לבנין סמוך יהא מוגן כראוי בדלת העומדת בפני אש והנסגרת באופן אוטומטי ותהא מסוג שבא עליו אישור מטעם הרשות למתן רשיונות.
