בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, תשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”הדברה“, ”חרקים“ ו־”מכרסמים“ – כמשמעותם בתקנות רישוי עסקים (הדברת מזיקים), תשל״ה–1957 [צ״ל: תשל״ה–1975].
2. אכרזה על שירות בר־פיקוח
הדברת חרקים או מכרסמים מוכרזת בזה כשירות בר־פיקוח.
3. השם
לאכרזה זו ייקרא ”אכרזת פיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (הדברת מזיקים), תשל״ה–1975“.
