בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, תשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”צמיג“ – צמיג אווירי חדש לרכב, לרבות אבוב פנימי חדש, ולמעט צמיג שמידתו לא יותר מ־2.25 אינצ׳.
2. אכרזה על מצרך בר־פיקוח
צמיג מוכרז בזה כמצרך בר־פיקוח.
3. השם
לאכרזה זו ייקרא ”אכרזת הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (צמיגים), תשכ״ג–1963“.
