בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, תשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:

שירות של יבוא טובין מחוץ לארץ על ידי סוכן ליבוא אישי מוכרז בזה כשירות בר פיקוח.
