1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”גרור“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות התעבורה, תשכ״א–1961, אשר משקלו הכולל 10 טון או יותר;
”השכרה“ – השכרת גרורים, לרבות השאלתם, מתן רשות השימוש בהם והעמדתם לרשות אדם אחר בכל צורה שהיא, כשהם נעשים או ניתנים בשכר או בתמורה אחרת;
”משרד להשכרת גרורים“ – מקום שבו מתנהל מפעל, עסק, מיזם או מוסד להשכרת גרורים.
