7. העברת רשיון
תיקון: תשי״ח
לא יעביר אדם רשיון ולא יקנה לזולתו זכות בו, לא ירשה לזולתו לעסוק או להשתתף בעסק שבשבילו ניתן הרשיון ולא יקנה ולא ירכוש, ולא יזכה כל זכות שהיא ברשיון או בעסק שבשבילו ניתן, אלא לפי היתר מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאי ההיתר.
