1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”בדיקת תקן“ – בדיקה שעורכת מעבדה מאושרת, לבחינת ההתאמה של דגימת בנזין לאחת או יותר מן התכונות שנקבעו בתקן הישראלי החל עליה, או בצו לפי חוק הפעלת רכב;
”חוק הפעלת רכב“ – חוק הפעלת רכב (מנועים ודלק), התשכ״א–1961;
”מעבדה מאושרת“ – כמשמעותה בחוק התקנים, התשי״ג–1953;
”נטילת דגימה“ – נטילת דגימה של בנזין בתחנת תדלוק, לרבות הגעה לאתר התחנה, העברת הדגימה למעבדה מאושרת וכל פעולה נלווית.
