1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אלש״ח“ – אלפי שקלים חדשים;
”מלש״ח“ – מיליוני שקלים חדשים;
”מספר תושבים“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 19 לפקודה;
”תקציב שנתי של לשכת מבקר עירייה“ – לרבות שכר המבקר ועובדי לשכת המבקר;
”תקציב שנתי של עירייה“ – תקציב שנתי רגיל של עירייה למעט הכנסות לכיסוי הגירעון המצטבר של העירייה והכנסות שנרשמו בשל הנחה מארנונה.
