3. העברת זכויות, חובות והתחיבויות מבנק הדואר לחברה
(א)על אף האמור בכל דין או הסכם, החברה תבוא במקום בנק הדואר לגבי ההסכמים, ההתקשרויות והעסקאות של בנק הדואר, הן לגבי הזכויות והסמכויות של בנק הדואר והן לגבי החבויות או ההתחייבויות שהיו מוטלות על בנק הדואר ערב יום התחילה.
(ב)החברה תבוא במקום בנק הדואר לענין תביעות שהיו תלויות ועומדות מטעם בנק הדואר או נגדו ערב יום התחילה.
