1. אחידות המטבע בחוזה ביטוח
נקבע בחוזה ביטוח סכום ביטוח הנקוב במטבע פלוני או הצמוד למטבע פלוני, יהיו גם כל התשלומים הקשורים באותו חוזה או הנובעים ממנו, לרבות דמי הביטוח, סכום ההשתתפות העצמית ותגמולי הביטוח, נקובים באותו מטבע או צמודים לאותו מטבע.
