19. תקופת התמחות חלקית
לא יוכר חלק מתקופת התמחות, אלא אם כן נתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)המאמן נפטר;
(2)המאמן פשט את הרגל או הוכרז פסול דין;
(3)המאמן ביקש ביטול רישיונו או שבוטל או הותלה רישיונו;
(4)המאמן עזב את מקום העבודה שבו התחיל לאמן את המתמחה;
(5)נשללה מהמאמן זכותו לשמש כמאמן, לתקופה או לצמיתות.
