6. בקשה להיבחן
(א)המבקש להיבחן יגיש בקשתו לממונה במועד שנקבע לכך לפי תקנה 5; לבקשה יצורף שובר מקורי של תשלום האגרה בעד הבחינות לפי תקנות האגרות.
(ב)הממונה ישלח לכל מבקש להיבחן שבקשתו הוגשה כאמור בתקנה [צ״ל: בתקנת] משנה (א), הודעה בכתב על מועד הבחינה ומקום עריכתה.
