3. תחולה
תקנות אלה יחולו על דמי עמילות המשולמים בשל חוזים לביטוח אגב הלוואה שתחילת תוקפם ביום התחילה ואילך, לרבות בשל חוזים לביטוח אגב הלוואה שחודשו ביום התחילה או לאחריו, אף אם נכרתו לפניו.
