תיקון: תשע״ח־2
פיקוח לפי סעיף 4 לא יחול – לעניין תכשיר מרשם שהוא תכשיר שאינו רשום – על קמעונאי, למעט קמעונאי שהוא בית מרקחת, או על צרכן, שהוא בית חולים, קופת חולים או גוף המבצע רכש בעבור אחד מאלה, בקשר לפעולת רכישה כאמור.
