10. גביית עדות
(א)עדותם של העדים שהופיעו תהא נגבית בעל פה במעמדה של הועדה, בפיקוחה ובהנהלתה.
(ב)יושב ראש הועדה ירשום בזכרון דברים בצורה סיפורית אותה עדות שתהא נראית לו עדות חשובה לעובדות שנתעוררו בבירור הבקשה ובסוף כל ישיבה יחתום על זכרון הדברים.
