17. צירוף צדדים
הועדה רשאית, בכל שלב של מהלך הדיון, לצרף כמבקש או כמשיב בבקשה שלפניה כל אדם הנראה לה מעוניין בה לפי בקשתו של המבקש, של המשיב או של האדם המעוניין.
