21. החלטה בבעיה המיוחדת
(א)בית המשפט המחוזי יחליט על יסוד הבעיה המיוחדת ויתן את ההחלטה אשר ימצא לנחוץ.
(ב)העתק מאושר מהחלטת בית המשפט המחוזי יישלח לועדה ולצדדים.
