9. הזמנה לדיון
(א)יושב ראש ועדת המשמעת יקבע את מועד הדיון; התובע והנקבל יקבלו מוועדת המשמעת הזמנה בכתב שיצוינו בה המקום והמועד להתייצבותם; ואולם אם נקבעה ישיבה נדחית בנוכחות התובע, הנקבל או בא כוחו, לא תהא חובה להזמינם כאמור.
(ב)לא התייצב הנקבל במועד שנקבע לדיון או לישיבה נדחית, רשאית ועדת המשמעת לדחות את הדיון או לקיימו בהיעדרו.
