1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מורשה לויד׳ס“ – בעל פטור לפי סעיף 86 לחוק;
”בחינה לסוכן“ – כאמור בסעיף 25(ב)(3) לחוק;
”מדד“ או ”מדד המחירים לצרכן“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
