7. אגרות בעד בחינות לסוכן
תיקון: תשמ״ז, תשס״א, [הודעות]
(א)סוכן יחיד ישלם אגרה בעד בחינה, לרבות בחינה חוזרת, בכל אחד מהמקצועות בהם הוא מבקש להיבחן, כמפורט להלן:

(ב)סוכן ששילם אגרה ונבצר ממנו להתייצב לבחינה במועד שנקבע לו, תינתן לו אפשרות להיבחן במועד אחר, לא יאוחר מתום שנה מהמועד הקודם, ללא תשלום אגרה נוספת.
(ג)בעד ערר על בחינה תשולם אגרה בסך 393 שקלים חדשים.
