17. מים
(א)המים במוסד יהיו באיכות מי שתיה; במטבח ובחדרי השירותים יהיו ברזים למים קרים וחמים.
(ב)מכלי אספקת המים יהיו מוגנים בפני חדירת מזיקים ומזהמים לתוכם; צינורות ואבזרים שדרכם עוברים מי שתיה או המכילים מי שתיה לא יהיו עשויים מחומר המכיל עופרת או מחומר רעיל אחר.
