30. סדר יום של המטופלים וחופשות
(א)במוסד ייקבע סדר יום לימי חול, לימי המנוחה השבועיים ולחגים, שיבטיח זמנים סבירים לשינה, לאכילה, לטיפול, לעבודה ולפעולות נופש ותרבות, הכל לפי יכולתם וכושרם של המטופלים.
(ב)מוסד יהיה פתוח למטופלים בו; במוסד אשפוזי ייקבעו חופשות בבית בהתאם לשיטת הטיפול הנהוגה במוסד.
