2א. פירוט דמי ביטוח בעד השבת היקף הביטוח לקדמותו
תיקון: תשע״ה
נקבע בפוליסה כי השבת היקף הביטוח לקדמותו כרוכה בתשלום, יפרט המבטח בגוף הפוליסה או במפרט את הנוסחה לחישוב דמי הביטוח בעד השבת היקף הביטוח לקדמותו, סמוך לפירוט סכומי ההשתתפות העצמית.
