תיקון: תשס״ג, תשע״ב
מבטח יקבע את סכום דמי הביטוח, ויציין אותו בפוליסה בסכום אחד, נקוב במטבע ישראלי, הכולל את כל התשלומים שרשאי מבטח לגבות ממבוטח עבור הביטוח במועד תחילת הביטוח.
