3ה. רעידת אדמה
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשפ״א
(א)לפוליסה התקנית ניתן להוסיף כיסוי לנזק שנגרם לרכב בשל רעידת אדמה; בחר המבוטח בכיסוי – ייכתב הדבר במפרט.
(ב)התעריף לכיסוי נזקי רעידת אדמה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יוצג בנפרד בהצעת הביטוח לפי רמות שונות של השתתפות עצמית; בחירת המבוטח לעניין גובה ההשתתפות העצמית תיכתב במפרט.
