7. מידע שיימסר למשטרה
הקרן תמסור למשטרת ישראל, בלא תמורה, אחת לחודש ביום האחרון בו, קובץ נתונים שיכלול את המידע וכן מספרי רישוי ותקופות ביטוח של כלי הרכב, לשם חקירת תאונות דרכים ואכיפת הוראות הדין הנוגעות לכך ולשם אכיפת הוראות פקודת הביטוח.
