3א. חובת דיווח
תיקון: תשע״ג, תשע״ט
(א)חברה העוסקת בשיווק של גפ״מ תדווח על רווחיות ומחירים אחת לשנה, עד יום 15 באפריל של השנה העוקבת.
(ב)חברה העוסקת בייבוא של גפ״מ תדווח אחת לחודש, עד ה־26 בו, על מחירים לגבי התקופה שמה־25 בחודש הקודם עד ה־24 באותו חודש.
