1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״ז
בצו זה –
”אחסון תפעולי“ – אחסון גפ״ם במכלי בית זיקוק לצורך ניפוק למכליות או הזרמת גפ״ם למכלי הצרכן;
”בז״ן“ – (נמחקה);
”המנהל“ – מנהל מינהל הדלק במשרד התשתיות הלאומיות;
”גפ״ם“ – גז פחמימני מעובה;
”ניפוק גפ״ם“ – שירות מילוי גפ״ם במכלים נייחים ובמכליות, לרבות אחסון תפעולי, שאיבה והזרמה ממכלי בית זיקוק, לצורך המילוי, כאשר הוא ניתן בהתאם לתקני שירות לאספקת גפ״ם מבית זיקוק, שאישר המנהל, והמופקדים לעיון במשרדו.
