2. המחיר הקובע לגפ״מ ועדכונו
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשס״ז, תשפ״ד
(א)המחיר המרבי לגפ״ם בשער בית זיקוק הוא הסכום המתקבל מחיבור 70 אחוזים ממחיר בוטאן ו־30 אחוזים ממחיר פרופאן (להלן – המחיר הקובע).
(ב)המחיר הקובע יתעדכן בכל יום עדכון על פי מחירי בוטאן ופרופאן, בשיעורים ולפי תקופות כמפורט להלן:
