3. חברי המועצה
תיקון: תשפ״ג, תשפ״ג־2
השר ימנה את חברי המועצה שמספרם לא יעלה על 31, ובהם אנשי ציבור, נציגים של הרשויות המקומיות החברות במועצה, נציגים של המועצות הדתיות החברות במועצה ונציגים של החברות שלהן רישיון לעסוק בענייני קבורה תקף בתל רגב או במישור החוף, לפי העניין, בעת המינוי.
