3. סדר העדיפויות
תיקון: תשס״א, תשס״ה
המענק לפי תקנות אלה ישולם לבני משפחת הנפגע לפי סדר עדיפות זה:
(1)בן הזוג של הנפגע;
(2)באין בן־זוג – ילדו;
(3)באין בן־זוג וילד – הורהו;
(4)באין בן־זוג, ילד או הורה – כל קרוב משפחה אחר שישא בהוצאות הקבורה.
