4. שכר שמאי פינוי ובינוי שהפסיק את טיפולו
המפקח רשאי לקבוע, לבקשת שמאי פינוי ובינוי שהפסיק עבודה שלשמה התמנה לפי סעיף 6א לחוק בטרם השלים את חוות הדעת, אם השמאי כאמור זכאי לשכר, ואם כן, את שיעורו.
