6. מלוא השכר
שכרו של שמאי פינוי ובינוי שנקבע לפי תקנות אלה יהווה את מלוא השכר, ולא ייווספו עליו תשלומים נוספים מאת הצדדים, למעט תשלום בעד המצאת מידע הכרוכה בהוצאות מיוחדות כפי שיציג השמאי ובאישור המפקח.
