6. מסירת צווים
(א)צו תפיסה או צו שיכון יימסר לבעל המקרקעים שעליהם ניתן, ולמחזיק בהם.
(ב)צו שהוצג במקום בולט על פני המקרקעים שעליהם ניתן, או בתוכם, רואים אותו כאילו נמסר לבעל המקרקעים ולמחזיק בהם כתום עשרים וארבע שעות משעת הצגתו.
